How do I save my game progress?
Sign in with your email address to save your progress across devices. Click "Sign In to Save Game" from the menu in the game. We'll send you a magic link - no password needed!
I lost my guest progress. Can I recover it?
Unfortunately, guest game data is stored in your browser session and cannot be recovered once lost. We recommend signing in with your email to save your progress permanently.
How do mortgages work?
You can purchase properties with a mortgage by putting down a deposit (typically 25%) and borrowing the rest. You'll pay monthly interest on the loan. Visit the Economy page in-game to see current mortgage rates.
Why can't I find tenants for my property?
Make sure your property is listed for rent. The number and quality of tenant candidates depends on the property's location, condition, and your asking rent. Try adjusting your rent to attract more candidates.
How do I restart the game?
Open the menu in the game and click "Restart Game" at the bottom. This will reset all your progress and give you a fresh start.
Is Landlord Empires free to play?
Yes! Landlord Empires is completely free to play with no in-app purchases or advertisements.
